Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The successful candidate will be working for one of prestigious Media Company in Sultanate of Oman. This position is responsible to perform analysis, optimization testing, create integrated measurements and reporting models that deliver insights across all digital platforms with the following key responsibilities:
• Implement and actively optimize campaigns across all digital platforms
• Conducting thorough analysis on marketing campaigns to measure the success, and present learnings to external teams to help inform future business decisions.
• Develop and implement A/B test planning, execution, and analysis to further improve campaign CTR and conversion rates
• Develop and maintain working relationships with media, creative, account managements teams as well as vendor partners to create and optimize ads
• Tracks, analyze quantitative data, identify trends, and develop optimization strategies to improve results
• Produce weekly reports outlining campaign performance & meet with management teams to review reports & plans
• Troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies.
• Set realistic expectations for deliverables and make every effort to exceed them, providing quality work in a timely manner
• Support data and testing governance efforts


• Bachelor’s degree/college diploma in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, Information Science or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in developing sound analytics-based solutions to business problems
• Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex quantitative subject matter to non-quant audiences, both orally and in writing
• Experience in experimental design, model selection, execution, and maintenance (experience in A/B/n testing preferred)
• Awareness of hypothesis testing concepts and practices (representative data, sample sizes, statistical significance, etc.)
• General understanding of digital retail operations (customer pathing, marketing channels, funnel conversion, targeting, and personalization, digital merchandizing)
• Ability to identify opportunities and act on them through quantitative observation
• High level of attention to detail, quality, and effective oral and written communication skills along with excellent follow-through
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines
• Familiarity with web data, traffic, e-Commerce, navigation/path analysis, search, and testing methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Data visualization software (Tableau), Testing and Optimization Platforms (Adobe Target, Maxymiser, Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer)
• Analytical ability to digest data, build reports, and derive strategic insights
