Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven track record
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Experience working with Gov Tech stack layers, their components and providing recommendations such as identity and digital trust, data registries, consent and interoperability, payments, e-marketplaces and others
• Deep understanding of global best practices and benchmarks across the Gov Tech stack layers
• Capabilities to drive key enablers across Gov Tech stack such as implementation roadmap, initiative alignment and adoption, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, governance and establishment of capability plan for adoption of Gov Tech stack
• Experience with development of implementation guidelines and policies for Gov Tech stack layers and initiatives
