Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Division Manager to lead our Smart Home System Products division in Muscat, Oman. This leadership role requires a visionary individual with a passion for innovative technology and a commitment to driving business growth. You will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the division, ensuring we deliver exceptional smart home solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Smart Home System Products division.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to drive product development and market launch.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on division performance, ensuring targets are met and continuous improvement is pursued.
- Champion customer satisfaction initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Looking for a Arabic speakers
- Preferred with hands on experience in KNX
-Knowledge of ELV systems
- Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally within the smart home, technology, or consumer electronics sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive market growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for building client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
