We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Divisional Head to lead our Oil & Gas EPC Business division in Oman. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with proven expertise in managing operations, driving growth, and delivering sustainable performance in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the division's future and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the Oil & Gas Business division, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts to secure business opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimise operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure safety compliance.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve divisional objectives.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management review.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

-Mandatory- Must have GCC Experience. || Age Criteria - 45 to 55 Years
- 20+ years of experience with minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management roles with a proven track record of success (Sr. Management level- Division Head/ / General Manager/Department Head )
-Graduate: BE in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent. PMP Certified
-Management experience in EPC Projects, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Water Industries
-Prior experience in the specific industry is essential, demonstrating familiarity with market dynamics and challenges.
-Strong leadership and people management skills, able to inspire and engage diverse teams.
-Must have Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
-Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and economic analysis.
-Proficient in MS office to prepare Reports, Documentations, Presentations & Other Correspondences. Primavera
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong track record in divisional management.
- In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas sector, including operations, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Oman and the region.
- Exceptional strategic planning and decision-making skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead diverse teams, and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to relocate and travel as required.

Salary:
USD 8,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
