E-Commerce Manager up 1.4k OMR for an E-Commerce (Fashion) Brand in Oman

- Responsible for daily e-commerce operations
- Suggest and implement policies and strategic decisions, best fit for the business
- IT integration of different application required for business
- Software implementation and training to team members
- Ensure e-store is working smoothly. In case of any technical error follow-up and get it resolved from the technical team
- Supervise activities of marketing team
- Devise strategies along with management & marketing team to increase revenues
- Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Devise strategies to improvise customer experience
- Inventory Management

Requirements

- POSITION: E-commerce Manager
- SALARY:1,400 OMR all-inclusive depending on qualifications plus family status and medical
- HIRING COMPANY: E-Commerce Company (Fashion)
- LOCATION: Muscat, Oman
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male/Female, 32-45 years old

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Application (or similar degree) with a specialization in Business Management or related field. Master’s degree would be an advantage.
- Min of 4 year of IT Operations experience with minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce business
- Experienced in using MIS tools
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce and with UX/UI Development Management
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
- Strong communication, analytics, and organizational skills
