Job description / Role

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced technician specialized in the repair, installation, and upgrading of electrical and mechanical machinery for water bottling production lines. This is a flexible engagement – all contract terms are open for discussion based on mutual agreement.

Scope of Work:

· Diagnose and repair breakdowns in existing, non-operational machinery.
· Install, commission, and calibrate used production line machinery (blow molding, filling, capping, packaging).
· Upgrade and modernize electrical control systems (hardware) and replace/update PLC units (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi).
· Program PLCs to suit modified or new operational requirements.
· Deliver fully operational machinery ready for production.

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in repairing and installing water bottling machinery within GCC factories.
· Must have direct experience with the following machines:
· Blow Molding: SIG , Sidle, other blow molding machines.
· Filling & Packaging: SMI, Krones, Sidel.
· Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and installation skills.
· Ability to read and modify electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Contract Terms (All points are negotiable):

· Payment Structure: We are open to discussion – can be a fixed project price, monthly rate, or other mutually beneficial arrangement.
· Duration: Flexible. The work could range from a short-term project (weeks/months) to a longer-term contract (up to 1 year or more) based on project needs and candidate preference.
· Schedule: Full-time, part-time, or project-based hours can be discussed.
· Logistics: Accommodation, transportation, and other benefits are open for negotiation.
· Start Date: As soon as possible, but timing is flexible for the right candidate.
