Job description / Role
Our client is a medium sized IT Consultancy which also sells software, based in Oman. We are searching for an experienced Finance Manager who will lead a team, and report to the GM.
Responsibilities
• Feasibility studies for new consultancy projects
• Handling tenders / bids alongside the GM for new projects
• Looking at pricing
• Prepare initial budget, forecasts and business plans
• Provide relevant analysis and feedback to enable finalization of the budgets
• Monitor the cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and timely collections from sales.
• Coordination with supply chain coordinators.
• Oversee inventories
• Assurance/ verification of fixed assets and stock.
• Prepare daily reports and data to top management about daily cashflow and daily takings.
• Prepare a 3 months rolling cash projection
• Prepare MIS and Dashboard reports
• Analyse, research and report on factors affecting/ influencing business performance.
• Handle year-end auditors
Salary:
OMR
1,400 to 1,900
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• CA Qualified accountant with 10 years PQE (aged around 30)
• Previous experience is essential at Finance Manager level
• Consultancy and/or retail experience
• Project accounting experience
