Fitness Manager / Club manager / Asst. Club Manager / Club Supervisor up to 800 omr a Leading Fitness
• POSITION: Fitness Manager/Club Manager/Asst. Club Manager/Club Supervisor
• SALARY: up to 800 OMR AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Fitness Brand
• LOCATION: Muscat, Oman
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately and willing to work in a permanent role
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in fitness science or any relevant certification/training
• With internationally recognized Group Fitness certification, CPR, AED or First Aid certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role within the Fitness / Hospitality / Customer-oriented industry
• Work experience in any GCC country is an advantage
• With training courses in Team Management, Leadership skills, Problem-solving, etc. are desirable
• With knowledge of, and implement compliance of Occupational Health and Safety procedures
• With experience managing a team of 10-15 staff is a plus
• A good leader with strong project-management, good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and handle stress and pressure
• Should also know about budgeting, finance, management, human resource, and marketing
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for a smooth day to day operation and functions of the club and maintenance of the standards and formalities
• Train staff and ensure their understanding of work procedures and systems
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence
• Achieve revenue target goal set by the management every month
• Manage and handle all aspects related to Health and Safety
• Enforcement of company regulations w/c govern the staff, members, functions of the facility and emergency handling
• Can join immediately (max 1-month)
