About The Role

We are looking for a talented fragrance advisor to join our Dubai team. Our fragrance advisors deliver excellent customer service through:

• Welcoming customers into the store; identifying their needs through asking questions; recommending and demonstrating appropriate products; recommending link products; closing the sale; providing professional till point service; following up with regular customers; maintaining personal grooming standards; dealing professionally with customer complaints; advising customers about promotions in store.
• Delivering high brand knowledge at all times, demonstrating knowledge from trainings given.
• Ensuring, as per the standards set out in the brand guideline, that product and hygiene guidelines and all brand values are lived.
• Rotating stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves and maintaining the minimum display quantities level and all aspects of brand VM guidelines.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards, including window displays, testers, and glorifiers.
• Checking stock levels daily and ensuring replenishment needs or customer demands are effectively communicated to the line manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Ensuring all store and office administration, as per manager's request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards, personal sales summary sheets, promotional activity feedbacks, action plans and other as per business requirements.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures.

About You

You will be educated to high school certification level and trained in basic fragrance skills. You will have 1 to 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
