Job description / Role
• Responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company
• Coordinate and work with the local sponsors and top managers of Beauty Clinic and Salon
• Develop the company’s short- and long-term strategy. Plan, implement and direct the organization’s operational and financial function and performance
• Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of long-range growth initiatives. plan, execute and introduce new strategies to drive the growth and productivity
• Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments etc
Requirements
• Male, 45 years old and below
• At least 5 years work experience in the same role
• Background experience in trading industry handling pharmacy and salon business unit is a must
• Open to candidates within the GCC and must be willing to relocate in Oman
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
