General Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and growing businesses, with a strong focus on operational excellence and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage all operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Oversee financial performance and make data-driven decisions to drive profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Experience in the [industry/sector] is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred
