Graphic Designer, Photographer, Videographer and Editor

Job description / Role

Tamkeen Media Company seeks a mid-senior level graphic designer, photographer and Videographer and editor to join our Creative Department on a full-time basis, playing an integral role on our team. We are looking for someone who has an innate sense of creativity, adaptability, resourcefulness and integrity.

The work we do supports high-level initiatives of our group with well-crafted, graphic designs and professional photograph and video-shooting and editing through various mediums, including print (publications, mailers, environmental graphics) and digital (presentation decks, email, social media assets) while staying true to the overall brand of Tamkeen Group. We aim to enhance our group reputation, raise awareness, and promote the outstanding work of our sister companies within the group.

Qualifications
• Top-notch design skills.
• Good understanding of digital design, HTML, and user interaction.
• Professional photography, Videography, animation, and illustration skills.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Also produces all in-house print materials, including proposals, brand identity, brochures, advertising campaigns, presentations, packaging, simulations, POS, website.
• Coordination of photo-shoots/video-shoots and related editing
• Provide Art direction, Photography and Videography work for brand promotions, marketing calendar executions, social media content and advertising requirements.
• Produce contents such as videos, animations, photos and short reels for client's social media campaigns and content calendar requirements.
• Film, Edit and Art Direct video/photo content for any needs including but not limited to Instagram/Facebook, twitter post, stories and reel.
• Concept, design and production under the guidance of the Head of the art section.
• Lead projects and interface with stakeholders and various in-house clients.
• Collaborate with clients and printers to ensure integrity of design from start through completion.
• Manage multiple projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
• Assume ownership of projects ranging from branded campaigns to quick design updates, including image searches, copy edits, and print production.

Requirements

Applicants should:
• Have a Masters’ degree or at least Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Photography, videography or any related field.
• Have good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Be effective at communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale.
• Be Self-starter who works both independently and collaboratively.
• Be willingness to accept feedback from various stakeholders.
• Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
