Job description / Role
- Ensure IT Policies and procedures are in place
- Prepare Maintenance Reports/Logs
- Define current and future operational IT systems & solution support requirements
- Maintain, format, upgrade Network Administration (hardware, firewalls, modems etc)
- Implementation of an effective and robust control of Data Security Systems and backups
- Formal procedures for for providing IT Help desk and support to all Company users
- IT Budget & Cost control
Position salary - Upto OMR 1,500 per month
Requirements
- Must be an Omani National
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT
- Must have a bachelors degree in IT or similar discipline
- Strong organization skills, with an attention to detail
- Familiar with data security systems and softwares.
- Experience in managing IT Applications, networks, trouble shooting.
- Strong Communications skills in English & Arabic
