Household Manager - Oman

On behalf of our well-respected client in Oman, we are hiring an experienced Household Manager to take over core responsibility of the running of our client’s estate in Oman and the further property portfolio overseas. This will include managing the maintenance and refurbishment of properties, staff management, full hiring responsibility and private event management.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of working within the hospitality industry and who understands the housekeeping and banquet / event functions. Ideally you will have worked for a luxury five-star property and supported the needs of the UHNW. Candidates who have also worked in the UHNW boutique hotel environment, or who have considerable private household management experience will be considered advantage.

Requirements

Due to staff language barriers, our client has specifically requested a Tagalog speaker for this position and the role will be the interface between the Principle and the staff, organizing everything for and on behalf of the Principle and the individual will be expected to have strong managerial and reporting qualities. The Household Manager will write comprehensive reports on suppliers, accounts and reconciliation of event expenses, staff appraisals and periodic reviews, as well as be expected to add value in terms of cost saving and ensuring the estate is run efficiently.
