Job description / Role
Our Client is one of the best known facilities management companies operating in the Middle East. To ensure continued success they are looking to appoint a Housekeeping Manager to join the team in Muscat, Oman.
We are looking for someone to plan, organise and manage delivery of all services within the housekeeping, cleaning and laundry operational business area. You will ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement, KPIs and within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed for assigned operational business area.
Key Responsibilities:
• To plan, organise and coordinate all site services and housekeeping activity
• To ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement and within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed
• Contribute to the growth of all services in order to meet client and commercial expectations whilst maintaining strict budgetary control within operational business area.
• Ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained at the highest level
• Ensure operational excellence within your area of responsibility for labour management and performance
• Maintain excellent Client and Stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
Experience Required:
• 5+ years’ experience working in a similar capacity
• Experience working on large contracts within hospitality sector.
