Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Restructuring of the organization both government and private sectors
- HR strategic planning
- Establish career path of each employee
- Ability to define transformation goals.
- Map processes and conduct cause analysis.
- Determine cause of performance issues.
- Determine hot to eliminate performance gap.
- Redesign processes
- Determine dependencies, resource benefits.
- Measure performance result.
- Develop staffing parameters and scenarios.
- Realign organisation based on scenario modelling (bottom up approach).
- Develop and establish level of compatibility and integration between systems.
- Ability to coordinate activities and mitigate risks through communication, training and engagement of employees.
- Ability to develop KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and measure the performance of employees, departments and directorates.
- Able to develop competency framework.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources
- Nature and length of previous experience: More than 4 years of experience as HR advisor.

Specialist knowledge:
- Organization Restructuring
- Strategic Planning
- Redesign Processes
- Language Fluency: Arabic and English

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Should be well versed in latest software or tools: Oracle
