HR Business Partner - Oman

A strategic partner for the alignment of business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Partnering as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues as an employee champion and a change agent. Assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with the HR department and business management and to develop & Implement integrated solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Management which includes Recruitment, seamless planned Induction & On Boarding and Talent Separation
- Responsible for driving key Performance Management processes - KRA Setting, Mid-Year Appraisal, Annual Appraisal and Performance development and performance improvement for entire Oman
- To drive Learning and Development through execution of development plans and In house/external training programs for Oman
- Responsible for driving Internal Communication with all stakeholders
- Responsible for Rewards Management by driving key Rewards & Recognition initiatives
- To drive Employee Engagement initiatives and activities for Operations
- Ensuring a culture of Safety by driving and stabilizing Safe work practices
- To maintain harmonious Employee Relations and Statutory Compliances
- Responsible for Personnel Administration and HR Routines
- Responsible for Employee Database Management and provision of associated HR
- Reports to Director Operations and Head of Human Resources
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day to day Performance Management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides C&B Support and Strategy (UAE and Oman)
- Drive a culture of statutory compliance, workplace rights and Safety
- Building HR Capability In consonance with the COE for L&D

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years exp in fmcg
- Languages written and spoken Arabic and English
- Qualification masters degree in social sciences, public administration, finance or HR preferable
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to travel extensively across UAE & Oman
