Salary: up to 420 OMR all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An established consumer retail products provider in GCC.

Job Description:
- Oversee the implementation and management of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Implement employee engagement programs and lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction scores, working alongside Talent Management and Employee Engagement teams.
- Administer payroll, manage attendance, and ensure accuracy in leave and payroll processing for all employees at the store level.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Open to Indian nationality
- Male, 25-32 years old
- At least 1 year of experience as HR in consumer retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
- Knowledge of grievances, payroll, employee engagement activities
- Open to home country experience
