Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This position reports directly to the CEO.

This role will be responsible for liaising with Trade Unions, Management and Local Community.

Managing the human resources programs, directing the development and administration of policies and procedures and ensuring completion of company objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR. Operations Management background would be an advantage
- Outstanding communication & persuading skills. Must quickly gain the respect and trust of all sides; Workforce, Union, Management and Local Community.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Very strong leadership skills. Self-starter.
