• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talents locally and internationally.
• Interviewing and hiring staff.
• Supporting a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and legal documentation.
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• Own database of candidates throughout GCC countries and others.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in GCC countries and Asian countries (5+ years).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary:
OMR

per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
