HR Officer - Omani National - Female

Job description / Role

The HR officer is responsible for administration and HR matters.

Administration includes: relations and compliance with certain government bodies, office maintenance and management, employee records document management.

HR includes: staff requirement planning, compensation and benefits, objectives setting and evaluation of direct reports, administration of annual appraisals, employment terms & conditions, staff discipline, training & development, welfare, payroll.

Requirements

- Omani National
- Bachelor degree. HR certificate/training.
- Experience dealing with ministries (MoM).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Problem solving skills. Solution-oriented.
- Planning and organization ability.
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (written & spoken).
- Self-drive. Able to deliver a finished product with little supervision.
- Understanding of the contractual framework and stakeholders
- Understanding of Labour Law in Oman
