Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Talent Development are recruiting on behalf of a client in Muscat for an HR Recruitment Associate. This role is responsible for working directly with line and HR management in the sourcing of candidates to meet company expansion plans and the ongoing replacement and Omanisation requirements of the business.


Candidates should have experience working in a similar experience in an HR capacity and shown a working knowledge of recruiting for a range of professionally qualified to senior management positions, including sourcing, screening, short-listing and managing the interview and on-boarding process. Our client has a preference for Omani nationals for this role (may consider HR graduates with internship experience), but will consider other nationalities based on experience and already having GCC experience.

This role has a competitive salary and performance related bonus.
