Human Resources & Administration - Senior Manager - Omani National

Urgently required to join a leading developer in Oman. The successful candidate will head up the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and employee development, coaching/mentoring and executing business objectives in the most efficient manner.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria
• A degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
• Professional HR qualifications desirable
• A proven track record in working as a HR Manager within a real estate, developer or construction company
• Knowledge of Local Employment Laws
