Job description / Role
Internal Auditor, Sohar - Omani National
This dual-hatting position is responsible for risk assessment, internal control and compliance programs in all the areas.
This includes assurance and compliance audits of all customer-facing activities and back-office functions; maintain area risk register and compliance check list, fraud prevention and good corporate governance.
In this role, the primary objectives are the protection of company assets; ensure effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Internal Controls aims at reducing shrinkage in our profit-risk areas (e.g., Billing, Collections, Claims, Procurement) while ensuring statandard operating procedures.

Requirements
Accounting/auditing qualifications (CPA, CIA, CIMA, ACCA) required, MBA desirable.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
