Job description / Role
Client is currently in the process of setting up an IT Contact and Services entity in Oman. They need to hire an Omani National Recruitment Manager with strong experience within an IT Services type company in Oman. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing the recruitment strategy, setting up alternate sourcing channels and managing large scale recruiting operations in hiring contact service agents, IT services and delivery staff for the centre.
Requirements
• University Degree
• At least 8 years recruitment experience in Manager capacity in IT /Technology recruitment.
This role requires young, dynamic and driven Omani Nationals who can work in challenging business market environment with aggressive hiring targets on a stringent timeline.
