Job description / Role
• Two learning tracks (Champions and Managers)
• Champions track spanning 3 days
• Focus on advanced customer experience, communication styles, SPIN & FAB selling techniques, objection handling, and post-sale follow-up
• Learning approach to follow adult learning principles with interactive, learner-centered techniques (e.g., role plays, case studies, business storytelling)
NOTE: Ideal Trainer would be an English and Arabic Speaker.
Requirements:
• Strong experience with training sales people or strong experience in sales (10 years or above preferred)
• This will be a short term engagement. Freelancers can also apply.
• Experience with telecom industry in preferred.
• Comfortable with travelling to on-site location for training.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
