IT Support Engineer

Job description / Role

- Identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the quote process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Partners and Customers.
- Assist in the engineering and selling of products and serve as liaison between the Company and all factory departments.
- Assist in the design and development of new products and tools as necessary.
- Maintain proficient level of product knowledge and application.
- Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
- Provide design and specification development support to Partners and Customers.
- Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
- Perform technical/product training for Partner and Customer.
- Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence.
- Help to resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.

Requirements

- 2 - 3 years experience in using different applications is essential
- Strong communication skills, hardworker and problem solver
- Application friendly and experience in softwares
- Available to deal with different requests either in office or outside in sites
