Position Summary

In this role, you will develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives. Do you consider yourself strategy oriented are you an efficient planner? Because you are going to need that to achieve Key Account targets!

A day in the life of

- Builds complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business objectives
- Executes plans for assigned accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
- Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning
- Nurtures productive business relationship
- Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs
- Adheres to all Company principles and policies


What will make you successful

- 2 - 3 years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing or Trade Marketing
- Able to travel within the country on quarterly basis
- Problem Solving
- Analytical and Planning skills
- Successful track record in leading people
- Category Development experience with distributor or retail operations
- Good knowledge of key commercial functions
- Good understanding of shopper, market intelligence sources, category/channel/shopper trends
- Effective Business Planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field
- 2 - 3 years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing or Trade Marketing
