Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically establish, lead, and scale a comprehensive 3PL logistics operation from inception.
- Develop and implement robust operational processes, technology solutions, and quality assurance standards.
- Lead business development efforts to attract and retain key clients across diverse industry sectors.
- Oversee logistics, warehousing, inventory management, fleet operations, and distribution networks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international logistics standards.

- Minimum 10 years of progressive logistics leadership experience, specifically within a reputable 3PL or supply chain environment.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully launching and scaling logistics operations.
- Extensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, logistics technology solutions, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic planning skills, and financial management capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in the GCC region is strongly preferred.
