Job description / Role
- Assist in design of mall.
- Maintain an appropriate zoning and tenant mix to the retail space.
- Develop mall SOP.
- Coordinate mall employees.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with tenants and other stakeholders.
- Research local market.
- Build and maintain communication with local and international retail companies.
- Activate legal terms stipulated in contracts whenever required.
- Attract and retain tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mall management.
- Minimum 5 years leading mall management team.
- Experience in GCC is preferred.
- Driving License is essential.
- Ability to manage international teams.
- Ability to build teams and train staff.
