Job description / Role
Setting up CMO and Steering role which includes
- Consolidate, manage and update new Strategic Initiatives and Programs
- Monitor, report and escalate all projects, and business initiatives through effective governance
- Act as driver of the various Programs-Projects, pushing for results at all times
- Support the delivery of the results by engaging and enabling OpCos through effective coordination and multilevel communication
- Support tendering process for required advisory support
SMEs and Thought leadership
- Providing strategic decision making support
- Access to senior experts for key workshops and meetings
- Specialist strategy and Management Consultancy in aviation to support OAG “thinking” role on key relevant business subject areas related to initiatives identified in OAS strategy implementation plan
- Support performance measurement services and quality audits and Projects assessment
Change Management and Know-how transfer
- Perform and provide Coaching for all the Current Program and Project Managers working on the Strategic, Tactical, and Operational projects
- Advise on Project Management skills, Change Management and other organizational impacts on projects
- Transfer knowledge and best practice know-how and experience to the OAS staff to realize projects successfully
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a related discipline with 08 years of relevant work experience of which 03 years in a supervisory level.
- Master degree in the related field will be advantage
