Manager Credit Solutions – Restructuring (Corporate Banking)

Job description / Role

Seeking a Manager Credit Solutions – Restructuring (Corporate Banking) for a leading Bank in Oman.

Role:

- You will be responsible for formulating Credit Solutions including Restructuring for Borrower Accounts for Corporate Banking businesses (Large Corporates, Project & Structured Finance, and Islamic Finance) with a view to maximize value to the Bank.

Requirements

- MBA/ CA/ CFA/ ACCA with minimum 7 years of Corporate Banking Remedial Management/ Restructuring experience
- Formulation of Restructuring / Credit Solutions / and Exit Strategies across various Sectors / Industries with preferable exposure in GCC and Islamic Banking Products
- Good experience with Restructuring Documentation and interacting with Law Firms
- Sound experience of Loan Portfolio Monitoring and identification of Early Warning Signals
- Must be able to communicate a compelling long term view of the Business, anticipate Future Trends and translate Strategy into Clear Objectives
- Ability to conduct Detailed Analysis of Data, Information and Situations, perform Cause and Effect Analysis, make effective, timely and Fair Decisions
- Should possess Technical/Functional Skills like Credit Evaluation & Analysis, Verification & Structuring, Credit Control, Financial Analysis, Recovery Strategy & Management, NPA Portfolio Management across various Industry Sectors
- Knowledge of Credit Policies, Regulatory Framework and Legal Aspects (preferred)
- Excellent Communicator and team player - deliver clear, proactive and effective communication to expand understanding, influence others and manage conflicts
- Should be a Creative Problem Solver, high on integrity and takes Ownership to deliver Results
- Build Relationships, build trust, share knowledge, set expectations, provide support and facilitate cooperation
- Be flexible and constantly seek new ways to approach job requirements and challenges; to adjust rapidly to new situations
- Consistently drive results, displaying high levels of energy, commitment and resilience
