Job description / Role
- Design, develop, and implement new appraisal system plans based on balanced score card for the whole company.
- Conduct workshops, and presentations to educate staff in Performance Management for all levels.
- Manage department KPIs and plan individual competencies.
- Follow up yearly appraisal process, analyses data and generate reports to top management.
- Plan Job Evaluation studies internally and through consulting houses.
- Set plans for work efficiency and continuous monitoring.
- Manage the corporate communication by arranging conferences.
- Participate in Human Resources Publications.
- Set required training for new changes and communicate to all employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a related discipline with Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource studies / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations or related ancillary field
- With 8 years of relevant experience in human resource function preferably handling the Performance Management of which at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the Human Resource department
- Certified professional qualifications (CIPD) from reputed institutions is highly desirable.
- Master’s degree in the related field will be advantage.
