Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Work closely with Officer Quality Assurance & Control to ensure standards are set, and feedback from the Quality Control Analyst are reviewed and evaluated accordingly.
- Develop lines of communications with departments and individuals required to ensure company standards are met.
- Conduct scheduled inspection flights to evaluate the service standards, crew knowledge and behavior.
- Participate in in-flight service trials for new services and procedures for current fleet and other aircraft types as and when required
- Responsible for preparing monthly inspection roster for the Quality Assurance team.
- Conduct line checks and standardization checks when needed to ensure company standards are met.
- Arrange for regular meetings with the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistency in following the guidelines of auditing are maintained as planned and encourage suggestions.
- Review all the documents and reports generated by Officer Quality Assurance & Control and address it to the concerned departments to ensure immediate corrective action.
- Provide the necessary administrative support to facilitate any inspection arrangements.
- Arrange for regular presentations on quarter yearly basis, providing statistical graphic reports to the higher management to highlight on the current status of service standard.
- Stay up to date on industry practices products by conducting periodic research to compare and analyze the service offered by our competitors.
- Plan and conduct development workshops with the Quality Control Team regarding the implementation of new or revised quality control procedures.
- Ensuring that customer requirements and expectations have been accurately identified and that the organization is meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain high level of knowledge in Company Policies and Procedures, DGSAS regulations, Operations Specifications
- Update policies and procedures as required.
- Undertake any other duties required by Senior Manager In-Flight Services.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in related discipline having 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in the aviation industry of which 3 years in a Managerial position.
- Master degree in the related filed / discipline will be advantage.
