Job description / Role
FUNCTIONAL AREAS:
Retail Sales Management:
• Drive retail sales and profit plans for corporate, organizational and retail outlets through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all field operation strategies consistently across all.
• Lead and direct the development of store level sales goals and action plans for all sales team directly into measurable results and consistent execution.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual retail sales targets for the assigned region, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and newOutlets.
• Monitor and focus on the slow-moving products and plan liquidation.
• Update Sales Head on all the major issues and current market trends.
• To conduct sales staff appraisal Quarterly as well as Annually.
• Monitor competitor activities and devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and accordingly decide the future course of action for all sales team.
• Coordinate and manage the sales and product training with Ajmal Dubai office on quarterly basis.
• Update the marketing team on the newly launch products.
• Prepare periodic Sales Analysis report.
Ecommerce &CRM Operations Management:
• Effectively leading the ecommerce function to ensure the stability and growth of the business
• Develop and communicate an ongoing understanding and awareness of competitor activity, relevant industry and technical knowledge to identify market gaps and opportunities for all products on multiple platforms
• Ensure business development activities with key marketplace players such as Amazon, etc., in order to maximize and grow the revenue
• Maintain the CRM marketing calendar & make recommendations based on best practices.
• Monitor and update the physical stocks status and orders regularly in order to update in the website / to create offers accordingly.
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs to expand customer lifetime value through seasonal offers and promotion.
• Manage all operational task related to CRM.
• To assist the marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Team Management:
• Ensure all the stores in the region have adequate number of manpower.
• Give proper support to staff to develop their skills in the role including on-the-job training leading to achieve growth in sales.
• Ensure that all sales staffs are trained & equipped with product knowledge.
• Ensure that the underperformed employees are formally addressed with clear improvement plans.
• Identify competencies of potential employees, motivate them and make it as common practice.
• To handle all customer queries and resolving them effectively.
• To actively participate in the SMART meetings.

Requirements:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to focus on driving retail sales for our perfume retail company. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and business partners as well as managing retail branches to expand our market share and promote our unique product offerings.
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and operations, a deep understanding of the fragrance industry, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service.
• The minimum experience required in retail management should be 8 years.
