Market Manager - Oman
- Responsible for Primary and Secondary sales of Beauty Care brands for Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain
- Responsible for Top & bottom line of the new acquired brands
- Lead the Distributor team with clear vision and goals
- Ensure fast growth of brand in the market
- Monitor market reaction and competition activities
- Track sales results and steer sales activities accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics or any related field
- Minimum 5 years of strong sales experience
- Good knowledge of Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar market
- High communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficient user of Microsoft office
