Job description / Role
This position involves supporting the assigned project(s) by providing site based support and supervision to proactively coordinate the various activities of the project – Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing – to ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
Main responsibilities:
• Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules
• Co-ordination with MEP subcontractor both at site level and with subcontractor’s engineers
• To be part of proactive Construction Site Team
• Monitoring and reporting site progress and compliance with specification and drawings
• Abovementioned are the only some of the responsibilities of this role and are not limited to the same

Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Must have worked as a Site Engineer site previously and be experienced enough to be able to clearly instruct and delegate work and understand time requirements of installation
• Healthcare experience is preferable
• Oman experience is preferable

• Experience in working within a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Application (word, excel, outlook)
• Communicates effectively both orally and on paper
• Has a systematic and methodological approach
• Be a dependable & hardworking team player
Specialist knowledge:
• Technical competence in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services Experience in Design, and contracting works.
Current Location: Oman preferable
