Overview of the Role

The primary focus of this role is to provide meaningful analytics and business reporting to support the decision-making function and build financial models to support strategic initiatives and monitor results.

What You Will Do

Reporting

• Ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted in time to either internal stakeholders or for principal submission (Honda Motor Corporation).
• Enhance reporting to support quick identification of business operation gaps and propose countermeasures.
• Work with automotive heads of departments, assisting them with implementation, tracking, and reporting of transformational activities.
• Extract and collate data from multiple sources.
• Collaboration with a diverse senior management team.

Analysis

• Support the business forecasting process by building operational models that simulate the possible impact of initiatives.
• Preparation of model level pricing to ensure margins are within acceptable standards.
• Cross-functional reporting and operational change via agile change management processing, driving transformational growth in volumes and profits.

What Equips You for the Role

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience and exposure in an analytical profile.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP system is a plus.
