Join our dynamic team as a Mystery Shopper in Oman, where you will play a critical role in evaluating customer service and retail experiences across various sectors. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to impact service improvements for leading brands.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct discreet visits to assigned retail outlets, restaurants, or service providers to assess customer service and overall experience.
- Evaluate compliance with company standards and report findings accurately and promptly.
- Complete detailed reports on customer interactions, facility conditions, and product displays.
- Provide objective feedback to help businesses enhance their customer service and operational procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when conducting evaluations.

- Excellent observational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey experiences effectively.
- Ability to provide unbiased, objective, and honest feedback.
- Reliable and punctual, able to manage own schedule and work independently.
- Comfortable using mobile devices or apps to submit reports.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
