Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Operations

- Installation of new and used PCs, PC hardware components, Network Devices, Printers and other PC peripherals.
- Responds to users inquires and requests for assistance with all PC related problems.
- Preparation of gate passes for the PC and printer movements
- Assist in PC maintenance and coordinate with Oman Air IT and Oman Airport IT team for Network port enabling.
- Assist in maintaining a library of all original software, utilities and manuals.
- Installation of new and upgrade vision of application software on new an existing PC hardware.
- Installation up-date anti-virus software.
- Liaise with support staff for problem solving through calls.
- Raise requisitions for IC hardware requirements, peripherals and other needs.
- Keep stock of hardware spares and act as the focal point for all desktop related queries
- Maintain a register for all in-and-out PCs brought to office automation for maintenance.

Requirements

- Fresh Bachelor Degree in Computer engineering or any related discipline with Cumulative GPA 3.0
- OR Two years college Diploma in Computer engineering or any related discipline with 2 years of relevant work experience.
