Officer - Lounge (Oman Aviation Handling Company)
- Reports to the Lounge Manager
- Is responsible for the running of the lounge as per the Company standards.
- To monitor all systems and implement all standard regulatory requirements in a consistent manner.
- To assist in supervising staff in running the lounge smoothly.
- To delegate tasks to all lounge staff.
- To finalize working procedures to maintain a smooth & efficient operations.
- To assist the Lounge manager in initiate and implement process enhancement & productivity improvement progress.
- To provide leadership to staff
- To work as a team along with the Management towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality management system.
- To identify areas of improvement& participate in the continual improvement activities.
- To prepare lounge staff roster in monthly basis.
- To prepare the financial reports in monthly basis.
- Contribute to reducing expenses by monitoring the amount of disbursement and reporting
- Encourage employees to perform the high career.
Requirements
Degree holder in a related discipline preferably in Hotel Management or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience preferably in in a similar position in customer service and administration. OR Two years college Diploma in a related discipline having 6 years of relevant experience. OR Secondary School certificate having 8 years of experience in customer service Cabin crew license will be an advantage.
