Operations & Maintenance Lead

Swisslinx Middle East is working with an International Oil & Gas company based in Oman.

The company is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Lead on an equal time contract.

The Main scope of this position is to be responsible for the development of the overall plant operations.
- Coordinate all maintenance and ops activities
- Plan and lead all maintenance and operation activities
- Report and control plant
- Ensure safe plant operations
- Manage Staff and prepare work plans
- Manage all procedures
- Maximize plant efficiency

Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Process, Chemical or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Gas Sector
- Must be based in Oman and immediately available
