Job description / Role
Operations Manager to join a large real-estate turnkey operation to man-manage a labour force and supervise Managers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Engineer to take on a bigger role with a lot of scope and responsibility. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee at the build and operation of at least 2 concurrent projects.
Requirements
Professional Manager with a Civil Engineering background who has the ability and experience to run construction division operations from both technical and administrative side.
Excellent man-Management skills are required, along with good communication, good team work, good written and verbal skills. Also must have the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, contractors, consultants etc.
10 years of experience required, with at least 4 years preferably in Oman.
