As an operations manager, you will be responsible for leading Dubizzle Oman’s operational execution and coordination across teams. You will drive performance, optimize workflows, ensure seamless client reporting, and foster cross-department collaboration to support business growth.

Requirements

In this role, you will be:

  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights across listings, banners, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Track and analyse client performance on the platform, providing data-driven recommendations to improve results and engagement.
  • Ensure all client products are live and utilised optimally.
  • Manage and resolve operational issues related to the CRM (Jarvis) system to ensure efficient client management and process accuracy.
  • Coordinate with product and tech teams to implement new features, fixes, and improvements across both Dubizzle Oman and Bayut.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams across the UAE, Pakistan, and Oman to streamline client operations, improve communication, and ensure service excellence.
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and clients to resolve escalations, operational bottlenecks, and workflow gaps.
  • Lead and manage the operations team in Pakistan, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks, including content acquisition, package credit rollouts, and package conversion support.
  • Set clear KPIs and ensure timely delivery of all operational deliverables.
  • Continuously evaluate operational workflows and suggest process enhancements to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Ensure all operational practices comply with company policies and regional regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably within digital platforms, classifieds, or tech-enabled businesses.
  • 1–2 years of experience leading teams.
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Organisational and accounting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines on critical projects.
  • Ability to lead remote and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
