Operations Manager - Master Community Services - Facilities

Job description / Role

Opportunity to join a developer based in Oman working in a mixed use development of residential, hotels and retail properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the Master Community Services. This will involve being responsible for the day to day operations of the community, meeting residents, service providers, inspecting properties etc. In addition they will secure necessary services with the Facilities Management Company, such as trash removal, cleaning, landscaping, street lighting, maintenance, lagoon cleaning, irrigation and negotiates the pricing of the services. Other responsibilities include resolving tenant complaints and arranging for property repairs in a timely manner.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration/Engineering or similar
• Overall, must be knowledgeable in local rules and regulations regarding master community and community strata
• A proven track record running Master Community Services as well negotiating with and managing service providers
• Strong knowledge in Project Management,Facilities Management, MS Project, Contract Management, Operations Management, Procurement
