Job description / Role
• To build a close working relationship with other functions who are directly reporting to GM.
• Follow up with sales team, business associates, dealers& customers for future requirements and report it to office to include in monthly orders.
• To handle all tyre claims at show rooms, O.E ministry and fleet customer all over Oman.
• To assist in sales, complete the given target and to keep office posted about competitor activities – commercial & technical.
• Sales count from the counter has provided to Sales Manager.
• Internal Mobilization of Technical Team.
• Responsible for performance evaluation, training & development of technical team & branch officers.
• Responsible for all operational activities within HTG branches.
• Responsible for stock management.
• State & Maintenance of the technical team plus future requirements.
• Responsible for the right level of staffing to execute all required jobs.
• Place an important role in development and implementation of new services.
Requirements
• Graduation / Post-Graduation in Engineering/Technology & in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in GCC Market in branded tyre products.
• Excellent organizational & planning skills.
• Expertise in Excel & power point.
