Job Description – Responsibilities:
• Arranging work schedule of sites on daily & weekly basics.
• Arranging the site visit /measurement and installation schedule on daily basics.
• Generating delivery notes & invoices on daily basics.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Handling petty cash and recorded the petty expenses properly.
• Preparing monthly sales, receipts & sales commission reports and send to head office.
• Prepare Monthly Salary reports.
• Summarizing daily receipts & make daily deposits to designated company bank account.
• Conducting sales forecast and managing inventory.
• Counting Inventory time to time.
• Respond to customers complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction.
• Controlling and managing staff to perform their duties as well as taking care of staff well-being.
• Assist the customer and product presentation.
• Preparing the quotations and closing the sales.
• Price negotiations with customers
• Communications with customers by telephone and emails.
• Follow-up with customers.
• Reviewing sales performance and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the sales targets.

Salary:
OMR 400 to 800 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 400 OMR fixed + commission (OTE 700-800) per month. Company accommodation provided.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Floorworld are seeking a presentable and driven individual to manage the daily operations for our Oman business.

• You will be given full training on all of our products, CRM systems, and on the company’s processes and operations.
• Must have a strong experience working and managing accounts.
• Must be a holder of a bachelor or master degree in business administration or accounts field preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service oriented with in depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a winners attitude.
• Should be fluent in English (written/spoken) Arabic language would be a benefit.
• Highly self-motivated and hard working.
• Excellent planning, IT and organization skills.
• At least 2 to 4 year experience in accounts, admin & sales fields. Driving license is beneficial but not mandatory.

Salary:
• 400 OMR fixed + commission (OTE 700-800) per month. Company accommodation provided.
