Role Summary: <br/>All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of Condition monitoring maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. <br/><br/> Essential Responsibilities: <br/>-Perform installations, commissioning, and trouble-shooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at BHGE and customer locations.
-Assure projects are executed in accordance with the cost allocations, which are budgeted, including direct cost and labor hour management.
-Provide customers with clear technical direction and/or project management.
-Timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
-Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.
-Support the business growth initiatives.
-Identify problems and take the initiative to eliminate those problems for project success.
-Monitor site safety and HSE compliance during project execution.
-The actual duties the person will be qualified for may be expanded in scope and nature based on the on-the-job experiences. <br/><br/> Qualifications/Requirements: <br/>-Engineering Degree in Electrical or Electronics Information Technology engineering / Instrumentation
-experience with Bently Nevada Condition Monitoring HW/SW in the oil & gas and/or Power generation sectors.
-Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
-Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
-This position may involve demanding physical requirements and work in offshore/onshore remote locations, where access to medical care is not consistent, and weather conditions extreme. The applicant may be required to undergo fit for duty medical exams.
-Ability to travel on short notice.
