Job description / Role
WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff are looking for a someone to manage all contractual and commercial matters of the project through the various stages of design and into construction on a signature mixed use development in Oman.
The key objectives of the role are;
• I provide support and guidance to the Project Director, Project Design Director and Heads of Disciplines on the project
• I attend and report project details at monthly review with directors
• I assist the Project Director to ensure full understanding of the projects commercial aspect through review of project reporting.
• I ensure working capital reports reflect the latest information available and that all actions are completed on a monthly basis by relevant Project Director
Requirements
How will know when you are successful in this role?
• Day to day operations of the commercial/contracts team is being successfully managed
• Any project issues are resolved quicker
In order to be shortlisted for the role you will have the following;-
• A Degree in Civil Engineering within a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience
• Previous experience in Project Management
• Good knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle for mixed use projects in respect contracts and commercial issue
• Good knowledge of the design process and construction methodologies
• Experienced Commercial professional with good technical skills
