Position Title: Private Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 500 OMR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation
Job Location: Muscat, Oman
About the Client:
The hiring company is a VIP in Sultanate of Oman.
Job Role:
• Will cook for 3-4 persons and 2 kids daily
• Preparing meals for events that are hosted, such as small dinner parties or special events, locating specialty items, such as organic or gluten-free products, and maintaining detailed records of food allergies and dietary restrictions
• Ensuring that meal ingredients are stored at the correct temperatures to prevent spoilage
• Conferring with clients to determine their meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions
• Preparing customized meal plans for clients based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs
• Preparing meal according to macros, to be creative with Children’s food specially for a picky eater
• Preparing meals in clients' kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation
Requirements
Requirements:
• 50 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder in Culinary Arts is preferred or any relevant certification
• With at least 3 years’ experience as a Private Chef
• Proven culinary experience and must be expert in healthy cooking
• Must be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of different cuisines
• Knowledgeable in HACCP food practices and proper food sanitation
• Effective communication skills and speaking Arabic is a plus
• Must be professional, flexible, zero attitude and positive
• Candidate must be currently available in GCC countries
